BACOLOD City – Four drug suspects were arrested in a sting operation in Barangay 4, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Eight sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P50,000 were recovered from 38-year-old Joennie Vasquez, 29-year-old Vincent Alcazar, 22-year-old Mark Aglipa, and 24-year-old Charyl Chavez, police said.
The suspects were caught after they allegedly sold shabu to an undercover officer around 12:15 a.m. on Saturday.
They were detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s custodial facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
