ILOILO City – Charged with frustrated murder, a man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Tapaz, Capiz.
The 26-year-old Relan Bluma of Barangay Mabini, Tapaz was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Bluma was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
