BACOLOD City – Three drug suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lantad I, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified them as 45-year-old Antonio Hermano, 52-year-old Ricardo Pelaez and 45-year-old Hertz Reyes.
Hermano, Pelaez and Reyes were nabbed after they allegedly sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P4,500 around 2 p.m. on July 9.
Confiscated from their possession were five grams of suspected shabu valued at around P75,000 and a sachet of marijuana.
The suspects were detained in the Silay City police station’s custodial facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
