ILOILO City – Charged with statutory rape by carnal knowledge, a man was arrested in Barangay Cag-an, Anilao, Iloilo.
Resident Samuel Plana was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:35 p.m. on July 13, a police report showed.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Anilao police station, the report added.
The court recommended no bail bond for Plana’s temporary liberty./PN
