ILOILO City – He was found dead in Barangay Calumpang, Molo district, a police report showed.
The 64-year-old Artemio Garcita’s body was found floating in Batiano River around 9:05 a.m. on July 18, the report added.
Garcita – resident of Barangay San Juan, Molo – was allegedly suffering from nervous breakdown and was reportedly missing for three days, police said.
