Maine Mendoza admits she also wants to work with different actors in future projects.
With Alden Richards’s film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” already raking at P66M on its second day of showing, celebrities have been vocal about their positive reviews of the film which was shot in Hong Kong. Maine Mendoza has also been supportive of the film, even promoting it on social media to her 5.3 million Twitter followers. “Congrats, congratulations sa kanila ni Kathryn. Second day ngayon so ang message ko kahit hindi kay Alden, sa lahat ng manunuod na panuorin niyo po dahil maganda yung pelikula. Hindi ko pa napapanuod kasi nakuwento na rin naman sa akin. Nakita ko naman yung trailer, maganda talaga siya. Mukhang maganda talaga. Congratulations!” she shared during her contract signing with Betadine Fresh Bliss held last August 1 in Quezon City.
The longtime Betadine endorser revealed that her partnership with Alden will still continue even after being paired with other actors. Maine just started shooting her new film with Carlo Aquino this week. “Nandiyan naman talaga yung AlDub kasi everyday naman kami nasa Eat Bulaga and wala namang any announcement na hiwalay na or anything pero siyempre yung nangyayari sa career ko ngayon iko-consider ko siya na refreshed, na parang nag-grow din naman ako as a person, as a host, as an actress kung ano man. Hindi kasi tayo puwede mag-stay sa isang place, kailangan talaga natin mag-grow, mag-move forward. So feeling ko I would consider the changes in my life positive changes,” she explained.
Maine said that getting the opportunity to work with different people will be good for both her and Alden in the long run. “Kahit hindi naman Kapamilya, kung sino mang mga actor and actress na puwedeng makatrabaho. Kasi siyempre mas mabuti kung mas marami tayong magawang pelikula. Ini-expect ko na sana mas marami pa kaming matutunan sa iba’t ibang bagay, tungkol sa buhay, tungkol sa industriya, basta life in general. Kasi marami pa kaming mga pagdadaanan in the future so sana marami kaming malaman sa buhay na magagamit namin sa pagtanda namin,” she added. (Push)
