ILOILO City – Charged with domestic violence, a man was arrested in Barangay San Juan, Molo district.
Resident Larry Dollete was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10 a.m. on Aug. 26, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Juana Judita Panigbatan-Nafarrete of the Regional Trial Court Branch 30.
Dollete was detained in the lockup cell of the Molo police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P20,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
