BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Suspected shabu weighing about six grams valued around P90,000 was seized from 40-year-old resident Glen Chavez, a police report showed.
Chavez was nabbed after he sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P4,500 around 2 p.m. on Aug. 28, it added.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
