ROXAS City – He was listed as the No. 3 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Tapaz, Capiz.
The 49-year-old Jose Subong was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay Igang, Pototan, Iloilo.
Officers of the Tapaz police station and Pototan police station served the warrant in relation to murder charges that Subong faces.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Tapaz police station.
