ILOILO City – Police arrested four persons for illegal gambling in Barangay Bongbongan 1-2, Hamtic, Antique.
They were 19-year-old Ryan Chavez, 29-year-old Chester Lee Tan, 38-year-old Ivan Simaurio, and 37-year-old Dan Demarana, a police report showed.
The suspects were caught betting in a spider fighting around 3 p.m. on Sept. 7, it added.
Confiscated from their possessions were P667 bet money and seven spiders, police said.
