BACOLOD City – A man was found dead at a quarry site in Hacienda Arceo, Barangay Alangilan.
Police identified him as resident 29-year-old Ryan Delgado.
Delgado was discovered lifeless wearing only underwear with his hands tied behind his back early morning on Sunday, a police report showed.
According to Police Station 5 chief Captain Romulo Gepilango, the victim sustained two gunshot wounds on the head and one on the chest.
Recovered from the crime scene were the victim’s slippers and flashlight.
Delgado’s body was brought to a local mortuary for a “post mortem” examination.
