BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Zone 4, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental.
The 39-year-old resident Melster Robete was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Bago City, Negros Occidental dated Sept. 11, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Pulupandan police station./PN
