BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay 20, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 59-year-old resident Reynaldo Teodocio was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:14 p.m. on Sept. 28, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City, Negros Occidental dated Sept. 20, 2019.
Teodocio was detained in the lockup facility of the Victorias City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
