ILOILO City – Two suspects were nabbed for allegedly mauling a man on Arroyo Street, City Proper.
Police identified them as RG Kent Orro and Edward Gardonia.
Orro and Gardonia with their companion – who was only identified as a certain “Badong ” – assaulted Alberto Lusuriaga late night on Sunday, a police report showed.
Lusuriaga told police that he was on his way home when the three suspects attacked him. But it was not immediately established what was the motive in the mauling.
Lusuriaga sustained bruises and was brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district for treatment.
Orro and Gardonia, meanwhile, were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1.
Police have yet to arrest Badong, who fled after the incident./PN
