BACOLOD City – Police arrested two drug suspects in a sting operation in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Suspected shabu weighing about 20 grams valued at around P300,000 was seized from 31-year-old Raohba Carisma and 40-year-old Rhodji Tatoy, a police report showed.
Carisma and Tatoy were nabbed after they sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P4,500 around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 9, the report added.
Aside from suspected shabu, cellphone and drug paraphernalia were also recovered from them. Police impounded their motorcycle, too.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
