BACOLOD City – Fighting Sen. Manny Pacquiao will be here again for the second staging of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League.
Pacquiao will support the home court game of the Bacolod Master Sardines against Cebu City Sharks around 9 p.m. today at the University of Saint La Salle-Bacolod coliseum.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia said Pacquiao is scheduled to meet with city hall employees and barangay leaders of Grupo Progreso.
Last month, the senator was also here to support for the Bacolod team as being the city’s adopted son.
During his visit, Pacquaio spent around P1.5 million worth of cash after he randomly gave away P1,000 to residents./PN
