ILOILO City – A 36-year-old man landed in a hospital after he got stabbed in Barangay San Pedro, Janiuay, Iloilo.
Felicisimo Jaque of Barangay Sta. Rita, Janiuay, Iloilo sustained stab wounds on the body, a police report showed.
The suspect was identified as 68-year-old Bibiano Maderaso, the report added.
According to police investigation, Jaque was allegedly drunk when he started a commotion. This prompted Maderaso to stabbed Jaque using a bladed weapon around 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 18.
Jaque was brought to the Janiuay District Hospital for medical treatment.
The suspect, meanwhile, turned himself in to the municipal police station. He was detained and charged./PN
