ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a man was arrested in Ledesco Village, La Paz district.
The 58-year-old Antonio Palma of Poblacion Ilaya, Passi City was caught around 9 a.m. on Dec. 30, police said.
Palma’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, the police added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Pototan police station.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
