BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for illegal possession of firearm at a fast craft terminal in Barangay 10.
Tagged suspect was 21-year-old Denmark Dahil-Dahil of Barangay Handumanan, a police report showed.
Police nabbed Dahil-Dahil after his baggage, during an inspection with a scanning machine on Thursday, was found to contain a pen gun with two live bullets – one of a 9mm-caliber firearm and another of an M-16 gun, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 2, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
