ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Oñate-Deleon, Madurriao district.
Police identified him as 31-year-old resident Colly Saloma, tagged as a “high-value” drug target.
Prior to his apprehension, Saloma sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P1,000, a police report showed.
Five more sachets of suspected illegal drug were seized during Saloma’s arrest around 9 p.m. on Feb. 7, the report added.
Detained inside the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station, the suspect faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
