ILOILO City – Charged with frustrated murder, a man was arrested on Jalandoni Street, Molo district.
Police identified him as 49-year-old Samuel Manulong of Barangay Linuthangan, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental but temporarily resides in Barangay So-oc, Arevalo district.
Manulong’s apprehension around 9:30 a.m. yesterday was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Mario Trinidad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 64 in Negros Oriental.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Molo police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
