ILOILO City – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Guihaman, Leganes, Iloilo.
They were Bryan Sayona, 31, of Barangay Granada, Bacolod City and Mark Sanoi, 36, of Barangay Mansilingan, also in Bacolod City, a police report showed.
An undercover officer initially bought from the suspects a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,000.
Seven more sachets of suspected illegal drugs were seized during their arrest around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Detained in the custodial facility of the Leganes police station, Sayona and Sanoi face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
