ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a man was arrested on R. Tabiana Street, Leon, Iloilo.
Police identified him as 34-year-old resident John Rey Capilitan.
Capilitan’s apprehension on Feb. 22 was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, a police report showed.
The suspect was taken to the custodial facility of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P3,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
