ILOILO City – Team CTG pulled off a tight 93-92 victory over Systemic Farm in the start of the JB Amateur Basketball League Elite Division Season 2 at the Jaro Covered Gym here on Sunday night.
It was Adrian Dellaban who converted the game-winning basket that made Team CTG escape with a slim win over its opponent. He finished the match with 12 points and five assists.
Felino Arenal Jr., meanwhile, led the way for the Team CTG with 20 points, seven rebounds and two assists.
Team OJNA Crocodiles, on the other hand, also tipped off its campaign on a winning note after defeating ODM Monstars, 89-80. John Samones tallied 25 points, six rebounds and two assists for the Crocodiles.
Finally, Pepsi is on the same page with the victors above after conquering the Malditos, 86-79. Mischael Poral was hailed as the player of the match for the winning team with 20 points, seven rebounds and two blocks.
