Passenger options for those with cancellations due to COVID-19

Cebu Pacific (CEB) fleet at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3

CEBU Pacific has provided passenger options in light of flight cancellations due to the threat of the coronavirus disease.

Option 1: TRAVEL FUND

Put the full cost of your ticket in a virtual wallet. Valid for 180 days, it can be used to pay for future bookings up to 12 months out.

Option 2: FREE ONE-TIME REBOOKING

You have the option to rebook your flight to another date. Rebooking free and fare difference are waved.

Option 3: FULL REFUND

Refund will be made in the original form of payment (credit card, cash in ticket office, etc). For credit cards, it may take up to two billing cycles.

In availing Travel fund, first, go to the Manage Booking portal through the CEB website: bit.ly/CEBmanageflight

Next, fill out the Booking Reference Number and passenger’s surname or log in to GetGo. Lastly, Choose Cancel Flight, and confirm preference. Your Travel Fund is now in your account.

How to rebook flight?

For non-GetGo members, go first to bit.ly/CEBmanageflight and choose Rebook option. Next, retrieve booking by entering Booking Reference Number and the Last Name of any of the passengers. Lastly, Choose “Change Flight” and your preferred new date or flight schedule. A minimal fare difference may apply.

For GetGo members, just log in to your account; search for the specific flight under “My Bookings” then click the “Manage” button. Choose “Change Flight” then choose your preferred new date or flight schedule. A minimal fare difference may apply./PN
