NEARLY a year since his controversial separation from fellow Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo, Gerald Anderson can now manage to make light of his supposed heartbreaker image, going by his Instagram post on Wednesday.
In the video, a woman is seen spoofing a “Gandang Gabi Vice” interview of Arci Muñoz, Anderson’s former leading lady in the 2016 film “Always Be My Maybe.”
“Hindi ako mabibiktima,” Muñoz said, pertaining to having romantic ties with Anderson, in a July 2017 interview that belatedly went viral in light of the actor’s latest publicized breakup.
Anderson was accused of “ghosting” Alonzo, or ending their three-year relationship by stopping all communication. He also denied that the cause of the breakup was a third party on his part.
In a belated reaction to Muñoz’s playful statement, a deadpan Anderson is shown after his companion mouths, “Hindi ako mabibiktima.”
“Sorry sorry try ko ulit,” Anderson captioned the clip.
Hawk-eyed followers noticed that among those who liked Anderson’s post was his “Between Maybes” co-star Julia Barretto, whose name was dragged into his controversial separation.
Barretto, at the time, similarly denied being involved romantically with Anderson.(ABS-CBN)
