ILOILO City – Inside jail was where a drunken man landed after police caught him loitering during curfew hours in Barangay Oñate, Mandurriao district.
He was identified as Renato Macatuay Jr. of Barangay Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Police officers conducting patrol operation chanced upon him walking on the street.
Macatuay failed to present his quarantine pass and resist arrest, which led to his apprehension around 9:30 p.m. on May 11.
He was now detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station, facing charges./PN
