This was the statement of Clint Bondad after he sent Sam Milby a direct message on Instagram on Sunday.
Bondad shared a screenshot of his message to Milby through his Instagram Story on Monday.
As seen in the photo, Milby has yet to respond to Bondad.
Bondad is the former longtime boyfriend of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, who is now in a relationship with Milby.
Milby admitted their romance only last May, just as he celebrated his birthday.
“Worth every second of the wait. Most special birthday yet,” the actor wrote as the caption to a sweet photo of him together with the beauty queen.
Rumors romantically linking the two began in 2019.
Back in January, Gray downplayed them by saying that she and Milby are just good friends who go to church together and are under the same talent management agency, Cornerstone.
Gray has yet to go on record about her relationship with Milby.
Meanwhile, the former Miss Universe earlier said she and Bondad “just didn’t work out” and that they outgrew each other.
“When you’re together for so long and you start off from a very young age, you grow. Whether that be in your personal or in your career – sometimes you just outgrow each other,” she told ABS-CBN’s Boy Abunda in an interview.(ABS-CBN)
