ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Punta Tabuc, Roxas City, Capiz.
The 26-year-old resident Joemar James Dadivas was listed as the No. 10 most wanted person in the Roxas City police station.
Dadivas was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9 p.m. on July 21, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
