ILOILO City – Police arrested a man charged with slight physical injury in Barangay Manoc-Manoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
The 45-year-old Fernando Fajardo of Olongapo City, Zambales was caught around 4 p.m. on July 30, a police report showed.
Fajardo’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Maribel de Guia-Cirpriano of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Malay, Aklan.
The suspect was taken to the Malay municipal police station. He would be transported to Olongapo City and remitted to Judge de Guia-Cirpriano’s sala.
The court recommended a P3,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
