BACOLOD City – He was found dead hanging from a tree in Barangay Sum-ag.
The 33-year-old resident Louie Tingson was believed to have committed suicide, police said.
Tingson’s lifeless body was discovered around 5:50 a.m. on Aug. 3, the police added.
According to police investigators, Tingson and his wife had a heated argument prior to the incident.
Officers of Police Station 9 ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
