It was the PRO-6’s way of marking the 119th Police Service Anniversary, said Police Brigadier General Rene Pamuspusan, regional police director.

The gift-giving was in partnership with the Officers’ Ladies Club 6 headed by Emma Gustilo. It was supported by the following:

* Iloilo Police Provincial Office – canned goods, three boxes of noodles,  one sack of rice

The PRO-6 itself shelled out three sacks of rice, 106 bags of health kits, 106 packs of biscuits, 76 gallons of alcohol, 106 pieces of facemasks and 106 pairs of slippers.

“This is our own way of reaching out and helping our underprivileged brothers and sisters especially in this time of pandemic” said Pamuspusan.
