BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Talacdan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
He was 31-year-old Jerry John Yap of Barangay Camugao, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Yap’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 12, police said.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Cauayan municipal police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
