ILOILO City – Six sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P40,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Libas, Roxas City, Capiz.
Resident Joey Antonio yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
Antonio was caught after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000 around 9:45 p.m. on Aug. 13, the police added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Roxas City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
