BACOLOD City – Charged with murder, a woman was arrested in Barangay Cabadiangan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of 35-year-old resident Rowena Mandal, a police report showed.
Mandal was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 13, it added.
Officers of the Himamaylan and Talisay City, Negros Occidental police stations served the warrant issued by Judge Pepito Gellada of the Regional Trial Court Branch 53 in this city dated Nov. 13, 2014.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Talisay City police station./PN
