BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Agboy, Candoni, Negros Occidental.
Resident Ronel Flores, 32, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3 p.m. on Aug. 23, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Henry Arles of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental dated Jan. 18, 2010.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Candoni municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
