ILOILO City – Police arrested a suspected carnapper in Barangay Supang, Buenavita, Guimaras.
He was 32-year-old resident Genesis Fortunato, a police report showed.
Fortunato was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the report added.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Buenavista municipal police station.
A P180,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
