BACOLOD City – A man facing illegal drug charges was arrested in Barangay 2, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 29-year-old resident Jan Stephen Dela Paz.
Dela Paz’ apprehension on Sept. 9 was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station./PN
