ILOILO City – A man facing direct assault charges was nabbed in Barangay Badiang, Anilao, Iloilo.
Policemen of Anilao arrested resident Agustin Banas and detained him at the municipal police station.
Banas’ apprehension around 9 a.m. on Sept. 11 was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Danilo Balagatas of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
