ILOILO City – Police arrested a man tagged as the No. 7 most wanted person in the municipal police station of San Jose, Batangas yesterday morning.
The 36-year-old Gaudencio Pagaon was caught in his residence around 7:30 a.m. in Cabunga, Passi City, a police report showed.
Pagaon’s apprehension was staged on strength of an arrest warrant for the crime of homicide, the report added.
The suspect is set to be transferred to Batangas within this week for proper disposition.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
