BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested for illegal gambling in Barangay 1.
Residents 32-year-old Albert Fabioso and 32-year-old Richard Abada were caught playing the illegal cards game tong-its around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 7, a police report showed.
Recovered from their possession were P130 gambling money and a deck of playing cards, it added.
The suspects were taken to the Police Station 2. Charges for violating Presidential Decree 1602 that outlaws illegal gambling will be filed against them./PN
