ILOILO City – Charged with alarm and scandal, a man was nabbed in Barangay Tanao, Batad, Iloilo.
The Batad police served Rogelio Villaceran with an arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 12, a police report showed.
The 35-year-old Villaceran was detained.
Judge Danilo Balagtas of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court issued the arrest warrant and recommended a P5,000 bail bond.
Villaceran has not yet posted bail as of this writing./PN
