BACOLOD City – Officers of Police Station 8 arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
The 26-year-old Jomarie Edem allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 18.
When frisked, Edem yielded three more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P15,000.
The suspect was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
