PRESIDENT Roxas, Capiz – A 26-year old woman believed to have drowned was found dead in the river in Barangay Bayuyan here.
According to reports, the victim who was identified as Honeyly Fluteña was found dead by his husband around 8 a.m. Friday.
According to the husband, the victim went to the river to do some laundry along with their kids.
His wife, he noted, was suffering from epilepsy.
She was brought to the Bailan District Hospital but declared dead-on-arrival./PN
