ILOILO City – Police arrested a resident of Barangay Carmelo, Banate, Iloilo.
Pedicab driver Edward Glenn Pilar, 35, faces a charge for attempted murder, a police report showed.
He was caught around 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Danilo Balagtas of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
Pilar was taken to the Banate police station.
A P36,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
