BACOLOD City – Commander Ludovico Librilla Jr. has been appointed the new commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Negros Occidental.
In a simple” ceremony on Thursday, outgoing PCG-Negros Occidental chief, Commander Jansen Benjamin turned over his duties and responsibilities to Librilla.
Librilla was the PCG commander of Negros Occidental from 2018 to 2019.
He finished his Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course at the Philippine Public Safety College Cebu on Oct. 15.
Librilla is a member of the Coast Guard Officers Course “Matatag” Class of 2001.
The turnover ceremony was held at the PCG District Southern Visayas headquarters in Barangay Banago in this city. It was presided by Captain Eduardo De Luna Jr./PN
