ILOILO City – A 17-year-old lad got electrocuted in Baranagay Guinobatan, Leganes, Iloilo.
Rolan Melliza, a resident of the village, sustained fatal burns on the body, a police report showed.
Police investigation revealed the victim accidently touched an exposed live wire when trying to unplug their water pump on Monday.
He was rushed to the Metro Iloilo Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. in Jaro district but was pronounced “dead on arrival.”/PN
