PANAY, Capiz – In Barangay Linao here, a man on his way to a sari-sari store to buy a box of match was attacked with a spade.
Relatives quickly brought 43-year-old Rogeuil Bula to the police station for first aid treatment.
Bula identified the suspect as Edwin Bacero. He said he was hit with a spade on a leg.
According to Bula, he had no idea whatsoever why Bacero would attack him because they never had any misunderstanding.
But he observed that the suspect appeared drunk during the attack./PN
