ROXAS City – The first-ever private motor vehicle inspection center in Capiz province opened recently at Pueblo de Panay here.
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Western Visayas approved its operation.
Mayor Ronnie Dadivas underscored the importance of the inspection center in ensuring the road worthiness of vehicles.
“Despite the coronavirus pandemic, we are successfully balancing the health and welfare of our people with the progress of our city,” said Dadivas.
Present during the opening were LTO Region 6 director Eric Lenard Tabaldo, Gov. Esteban Evan Contreras, Vice Gov. James Magbanua, LTO-6 assistant regional director Atty. Gaudiosco Geduspan, and LTO Roxas City Head Lourdes Casipi, among others./PN
