BACOLOD City – He allegedly sold shabu.
The 42-year-old Andrew Torreblanca was apprehended in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
An undercover police officer initially brought from Torreblanca a sachet of suspected illegal drugs for P500.
Three more sachets of the prohibited substance were seized during his arrest around at 7 p.m. on Jan. 8.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 4, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
